*this sub will improve your health but its recommended to have a good and balanced diet with it, not necessarily being pure carnivore or eating raw meat which is not healthy, but your diet should be dom in animal meat, especially organs, bone broth etc with some amounts of veggies/fruits are good because i think modern carnivore diet is too much acidic for the body because they eat too much muscle meat unlike hunter gatherer who used to eat entire animals along with mineral rich water, wild fruits which basically created a buffer against highly acidic meat,
