Very often people do not have the sexual energy they need to achieve what they want. When this happens, a person may try all manner of things to achieve their goals but they won’t see a thing. This can cause many issues. Such people will feel the need to restrain themselves and automatically associate sexuality and sexual energy with such issues. They likely will feel much less pleasure and their performance will be weakened. They will likely not be able to get immersed in the act or their sexuality in general, which can lead to unhealthy manifestations.
Such people will feel the need to greatly overconserve or restrict their energies, and if they do indulge it is without immersion and true desire or lust and instead out of compulsion. This means that such a person will push opportunities and partners away without even realising it because they believe that their sexual energies are limited and low and they must conserve them, or because they believe that they must restrict their energies. In both cases they will end up distancing themselves from their sexuality and will unconsciously no longer see themselves as sexual or capable of sexuality.

Examples of people with blocked and suppressed energies can be seen abundantly around you. It does not negate or affect your spirituality and growth unless you believe it does, then through the association you have created, what you have made yourself believe will now happen.
When you experience the pure lust of Sitri, you will begin to realise that there is in fact no limit to this energy.
