Among the requests I’ve received is one to remove energy blocks, as some of us can take time to respond to energetics or may have issues getting in the way of results. This field has been made with the aim of removing these blocks completely, getting to the heart of why you might not get results as strongly or quickly as you would like, and fixing these issues completely. Sometimes the reasons we don’t get results are attached to trauma so be prepared when using this field as the process of releasing that which is harmful to us can be hard, but the results make the struggle worthwhile. The field will break attachment to that which holds you back, it will cut cords that tie you to negative sources. Being free from these sources of negativity can make us feel so much better and also free up our energies for attaining the results we want. During our lives we build up a multitude of limiting beliefs and experiences that knock us down, so now it’s time to get rid of those effects and live the way we were meant to. It’s time to accomplish anything you set your mind to, as you can do it.
This field is best played before your stack to free up any blocks before your main listening time. It’s up to you how long you listen to it, 30 minutes is good to get the energies properly absorbed to get to work on removing blocks. This is a strong field and you may feel some strong emotions using it, take breaks if and when needed. Keep properly rested and hydrated as these energies can take a heavy toll on you as they’re often doing a lot of work. Fields that aren’t designed to cause physical changes can still have a strong effect on you and take a lot of your own energy while they work on you, so take things easy. Sometimes negative sources are flushed out by these energies and can reveal themselves, be watchful for when this happens.
